 Lumos is led by seasoned senior living operators with over 20 years of hands-on leadership experience in Oregon and multi-state communities. Our background includes opening and stabilizing new communities, overseeing 30–60 communities at a time, leading deficiency-free surveys, building staffing models, and working directly with state regulators. We bring real-world operational knowledge—not theory—to every partnership.
