Our mission is to help communities, owners, and partners build compliant, sustainable operations that honor elders with dignity, safety, and respect.  Lumos provides full-service consulting across every department of senior living operations. Our services include due diligence and acquisition support, licensing and regulatory readiness, policy and procedure development, staffing systems, quality assurance audits, and community start-up and stabilization. We support Executive Leadership, Clinical Services, Dining Services, Business Office, Maintenance, Sales and Marketing, Activities, and Housekeeping—delivering customized solutions aligned with Oregon regulations and each community’s mission.

 Lumos is led by seasoned senior living operators with over 20 years of hands-on leadership experience in Oregon and multi-state communities. Our background includes opening and stabilizing new communities, overseeing 30–60 communities at a time, leading deficiency-free surveys, building staffing models, and working directly with state regulators. We bring real-world operational knowledge—not theory—to every partnership.
